It is not possible to specify a certain age because people differ with regard to their actual appearance relative to their age. The decisive criterion should be the degree of aging. For optimum results it is recommended that the aging process be stopped or reversed as early as possible. Normally this will not happen before the age of 30 or 40. There are however surgeons who propose "wrinkle prophylaxis" for younger persons with a view to preventing the formation of lines or wrinkles at an early stage.
