One factor is certainly the quality of the implants used. I use implants of Inamed, which provides a life-long guarantee for its implants. Moreover I offer my patients a cost-free revision surgery (i.e. they only have to pay for anaesthesia) if the implant gets out of place or in the case of capsular fibrosis. This is currently a unique service in Germany.
